Join us for a daylong virtual home retreat dedicated to the cultivation of whole being mindfulness. This experiment into both facilitator-guided and self-guided practice in dynamic, changing and unpredictable circumstances over the course of a day is the perfect laboratory to learn how to engage in “real” “embodied” practice in our daily lives.
The day is structured to allow participants the choice to practice in silence or to use the ebb and flow of their natural environment as as the object of embodied attention and awareness practice. Our invitation is to allow the primary focus – returning again and again to being present with a curious, open, compassionate and nonjudgmental attitude – to prevail in the face of whatever arises. The schedule is divided into Live Zoom sessions and self-guided portions. Contact for more details.
